Data and purposes
The site has no forms for entering personal data and uses no analytics scripts. If you get in touch by phone, email or Telegram, the tutor processes the information you provide, such as your name, contact details, messages and information needed to arrange a lesson. This is used to respond to enquiries and to enter into and perform the agreement, including arranging access to the private channel.
For a paid order, your email address is used to send the contact link. Order and payment details are used to confirm payment, keep records and handle refund requests. This website does not ask for bank card details. If you use an external payment page, its provider also processes data under the rules shown there.
External services
The site is hosted on Vercel and loads typefaces from Google Fonts. These services may receive technical request data, such as your IP address and browser information. If you use Telegram or email, the relevant services process data under their own policies.
Legal basis, retention and security
Data is processed to respond to your request, perform the agreement and meet legal obligations. Where consent is required, processing relies on that consent. Data is kept for as long as needed for these purposes, to resolve enquiries or to meet legal obligations. It is then deleted or anonymised. Access to the data is limited to what is necessary for processing.
Your rights
You can request information about the processing of your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, request that processing stop, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it.
